Psychiatric Emergency Services at Michigan Medicine
Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) at Michigan Medicine is dedicated to providing immediate, specialized psychiatric care to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. This service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is available for people of all ages.
Services Offered:
- Emergency/Urgent Walk-In Evaluations: Individuals in need of immediate psychiatric assessment can visit the PES without prior appointment.
- Crisis Phone Services: Crisis intervention and support are available over the phone around the clock.
